Renee Plain, CEO and office conversationalist extraordinaire, leads IPSM’s digital marketing strategy, community and government relations and media buy projects. She graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Communication in 2004. After selling advertising nationally and regionally for five years, she founded In Plain Sight Marketing in January of 2012 so she could be a part of her clients’ solution rather than just sell them products.
Renee’s favorite part of the job is keeping up with constantly changing industry trends, networking and meeting new people, talking strategy, and connecting people together. She’s most proud about how the agency has grown in ways she never thought it could when she started it in 2012, adapting to what clients need.
When not working, she can be found spending time with her three crazy kids, Darren – age 8, Mason – age 4, and Kayla – age 1, her husband Adam, running Spartan races, and watching UFC fights.
